Wanted: Suspicious Spy Stands Over Straphanger

The NYPD is looking for information on the man in the photo above, who reportedly stood over a female subway passenger and took photos.

Identified by the NYPD as "unlawful surveillance", the suspect took photos of the 23-year-old woman by hovering over her as she was seated on the subway. The incident occurred on the '3' Train in Midtown on Friday, April 1 around 10:20pm.

Research into unlawful surveillance reveals that his act of secretly taking photos on the subway falls in the same category as installing hidden cameras in changing rooms.
