The lights of One World Trade Center have gone red this week to celebrate Archbishop Timothy Dolan being appointed a Cardinal in the Catholic Church. Even though the Empire State Building denied requests to light their building red, the Port Authority accepted the request to light the World Trade Center, so the tower will be lit red for one week beginning February 24th.
