The SunOpta sunflower seed contamination has caused products from salads to quinoa burgers to be recalled over Listeria concerns, and now it's time to check your stockpiles of Clif bars.

If you've purchased Clif energy bars in Nuts & Seeds, Sierra Trail Mix, or Mojo Mountain Mix flavors, check the official Clif bar page for the proper expiration dates to look for on the energy bar packaging, then dispose of any recalled products.

No illnesses have been reported due to the contaminated sunflower seeds, but products containing the seeds are being recalled as a precaution.
