Elf Holding Ice Pick Wanted by NYPD

One of New York's weirdest has donned an elf outfit in an attempt to blend in with Santa's helpers.

This suspect wanted by the NYPD was seen smoking inside the 59th and Lex subway station, then followed a woman onto the 'N' Train platform while displaying an ice pick. The perp was dressed in black shoes and a black knit cap, but had an embroidered Christmas tree skirt draped around his shoulders like a festive poncho.
