Washington Heights Traffic Stop Grabs Guns and Ammo
NYPD officers spotted something strange with a van in Washington Heights and pulled the vehicle over at Broadway and West 174 Street. The van was driving with a forged license plate, so Anti-Crime officers from the 33rd Precinct pulled the van over, only to immediately discover a gun case in plain view.
The vehicle contained an unlicensed AK-47 and a shotgun along with multiple boxes of ammunition. Just to add to the fun, the driver was also hauling two bags of marijuana.
