NotifyNYC has released info about an upcoming low-altitude plane to fly over Manhattan.
Scheduled for Sunday, March 5, 2017 from 10am to noon, the small plane will conduct multiple passes across Manhattan and be visible from surrounding areas of New Jersey, the Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn. The small, two-engine plane is a Piper Aztec that will look similar to the photo above, but bearing tail number N170TA.
