70-Year-Old Woman Punched in Norwood, Bronx Grocery Store

A verbal altercation escalated into an assault on a 70-year-old woman inside a Norwood Key Food.

On September 28, the woman was assaulted after getting into an argument with the two suspects inside a Key Food grocery store on Jerome Avenue in Norwood, Bronx. The argument turned violent when both suspects, one male and one female, punched the woman in the face and ran out of the store. The victim was not seriously hurt, but the two suspects are now wanted for felony assault.

The two attackers were described as being in their late teens or early twenties, one black male, approximately 6'2" and 160lbs, one black female, approximately 5'4" and 160lbs. They were captured on security camera footage, included below:

Update: The two suspects were apprehended Thursday, October 12, 2017 and are now facing charges.
