Helicopter Flyover Planned for Friday, January 19

A small helicopter will fly over Midtown Manhattan from noon to 1pm on Friday, January 19th.

The helicopter will be a Hughes 269C and will look smaller than the news and sightseeing helicopters that usually fly near Manhattan. This model will have a bulbous front end and a very thin tail section, and be painted red, white, and blue.

The flight will be fairly low over the city, around 2,000 feet, presumably to film the city from above.
