Join the Wyckoff House museum for an evening of hearth cooking, cider pressing, spirit tasting, eating, drinking and merriment! The menu will reflect our fall harvest and utilize crops and herbs grown on the Wyckoff Farm. Learn how to cook on an open hearth with Hearth Cook Zach and explore the history and tasts of cider and Brandy with the Food Griot, Tonya Hopkins. Edible offerings will include a light meal featuring: Oysters Fall vegetables Chicken or Meat dish Rusk bread and fresh-churned butter Dessert Fresh pressed (non-alcoholic) cider Aval Cider Local Apple Brandy by Neversink Enjoy the Wyckoff Farmhouse gardens, tour the historic house museum,activities include: House tours of NYC’s oldest house Talk with Tonya Hopkins on historic spirits and cooking Hearth Cooking Demonstration with Zach Butter Churning Apple cider pressing Lawn games Food and Drink Live music by Royals Current Museum Members receive a $5 discount on full priced tickets.
