The Long Island City Partnership and Long Island City Business Improvement District are excited to announce their first ever community volunteer days to plant tulip bulbs in 67 tree pits across the streets of the LIC Business Improvement District. We need your help! Over 100 volunteers are needed for November 15th-17th and will plant in two shifts from 9-11:30am and 12:30-3pm. Please RSVP for the date and shift you would like to participate in. Whether you live, work, study or play in LIC, we want you! Groups are welcome.

#TBT….to the '90s! Come through to our lab for some futuristic throwback festivities. We’ll be premiering our 90s Party Pack, a magical holographic time machine of 90s nostalgia. We’ll have our holophotobooth running, where you can be turned into a hologram. We'll also be showcasing Finist Painter: Looking Glass edition, artistic framework that allows two users to collaborate using VR and a Looking Glass with Leap Motion at the same time.'90s dress not obligatory but highly recommended.
