To start, our chefs will demonstrate the various ways Yondu can elevate your everyday cooking with three light yet flavorful recipes that you can keep on repeat as temperatures begin to rise. Then, you will replicate the recipes in the hands-on portion of the class using seasonal produce from Fulton Stall and the Union Square Farmer's Market.
