Critical Cleanliness Violations at Restaurants in Manhattan and Staten Island

Department of Health inspections from April 3 to April 6 found 12 businesses with critical violations in cleanliness and sanitation. The businesses below were ordered closed, but may reopen once violations have been corrected.
