You’ve seen them before on Governor’s Island and Astor Place, now Flaming Cactus has taken over Hudson Square!

The zip-tie art was recently installed along Spring Street and tonight, the Hudson Square BID will hold a “Cactus Lighting” party! The lampposts wrapped in plastic ties will be lit from 5:30pm to 7:30pm in the plaza next to Trump SoHo, and the night will feature music from the lovable Xylopholks, hot cider from Quattro Gastronomia Italiana and a toy drive where you can donate up to toys and enter a raffle to win a stay-cation at Trump SoHo.

The Hudson Square Connection will host a raffle with a grand prize for a “stay-cation” at the Trump SoHo. The “stay-cation” package includes a one night weekend stay for the winner and one guest in a King size deluxe guest room and a 45 minute Turkish Hamman experience.
