Astoria Park Open Area

Astoria Park Open Area [OpenStreetMap]

Officially listed as a sitting area, this open plaza doesn't appear to have a single bench, but is rather a paved plaza with quite a few older street trees planted throughout the park. It would make a good addition to any neighborhood, but it is likely a overlooked in this part of Queens because it is right next to Astoria Park, which has a large array of sporting facilities, grass lawns, walking paths, and the Astoria Park pool.
