Estella Diggs Park
Formerly known as Rocks and Roots Park, the park was named after Estella Diggs, the first African-American woman to represent the Bronx in the NY State Assembly.
A very small neighborhood park at 3 Av to Fulton Av bet. E 167 St and E 168 St in the Bronx
