Undeveloped Land β€” Coney Island Fun Park [OpenStreetMap]

This is a piece of property owned by Parks that is ready for some fun! In August 2018, the NYC Economic Development Corporation announced that this would be the site of a future multi-use adventure park. Sitting between the Thunderbolt roller coaster and MCU Park baseball stadium and facing the Coney Island boardwalk, this new development will incorporate a water ride, sitting areas, food vendors, and a ropes course.
