A pressure-cooker bomb explodes on 23rd Street in Chelsea and an unexploded device is found on 27th Street

The bombs were connected to similar attacks in Seaside Heights and Elizabeth, NJ. The bomber was captured two days after the Chelsea bombing and sentenced to life in prison.
